Portfolio of 35 projects implemented by Malagasy civil society organizations, funded by the EU (€10.9 million, 2015-2023) in the areas of basic services, governance, and human rights across eight regions of Madagascar. ArkoConsulting conducted field monitoring and provided technical support to beneficiary organizations on behalf of Particip GmbH.

Monitoring reports have informed the EU Delegation’s monitoring framework and helped adjust the support modalities for the 35 beneficiary CSOs.
