Welthungerhilfe programme aimed at building the resilience of rural communities in Lubero District, North Kivu (DRC), an area affected by conflict. ArkoConsulting conducted the mid-term evaluation: relevance of the approach, progress toward results, partnership strategy with local CSOs, and recommendations for the second phase.
The assessment developed an analytical framework for the project's second phase, covering sustainable agriculture, nutrition, and resilience components in Haiti's Nord-Ouest departments.
