PROSCH Programme for Strengthening Civil Society in Haiti (11th EDF, €5 million), a portfolio of six contractual commitments (€3.8 million contracted). ArkoConsulting conducted two field missions (Sept. 2021 - Feb. 2022), assessing the progress of the five active contracts, financial monitoring, and the development of action plans by partner.

The evaluation covered the entire portfolio of EU Haiti grants, producing an analytical framework for the programming of subsequent phases.
